Back from New York and I already miss it so so badly. I fell in love with the city no matter how cringe that sounds. I loved the fast paced lifestyle, the coolness and outgoing attitude of the workers and the city overall is just simply beautiful. Looking at one of my favourite examples of the space outcome I chose the Peanuts x Marc Jacobs Cafe. The Marc Jacobs store in 5th avenue itself was already so beautiful and inviting. When I walked in I was greeted extremely welcoming and got complimented as I was wearing my Marc Jacobs bag which I love so much. Having researched about the most recent collaborations Marc Jacobs is doing I looked to find the one with the artist Magda Archer as I really liked the humorous approach to the whole collection.

Another highlight of the store is the Peanuts x Marc Jacobs Cafe. In was located on the upper level of the store and was decorated so nicely with all the themes from the peanuts series and the collaboration between Marc Jacobs and the Peanuts.

The cafe offered drinks and cookies that supported the theme which I thought was a nice touch for customers to post on social media and share the experience.

Which was also a another great feature about this cafe space was that you could take a Gif and be able to send it to your email as a memory.

Overall I really loved the Marc Jacobs store as it felt really fresh and current and was not like a designer store where you would feel awkward or unwelcome. It was extremely welcoming and the clothing collaborations as well as the cafe all fit into the current time very well in my opinion. Working there would be a dream of mine and I will definitely visit again.
