Millie Bobby Brown and her crazy amount of brand deals

Recently I have noticed by scrolling through my instagram feed that Stranger Things star Millie Bobby Brown has been in partnership with almost every brand there is ( at least that's how it feels to me). I know that this is how celebrities make money now and it is almost 2020 and everyone should be used to this, but it just blew my mind how easily her name is put onto a brand. What also especially upsets me with all this is that this might not even be her own intentions as this girl is only 15 years old and is most likely controlled by PR teams and parents who are trying to get the most money out of this girl which is quite upsetting to me. Amongst the brands she has been collaborating with are Converse, Samsung, Moncler, Calvin Klein, Pandora, and even the computer game, The Sims.

On top of this she recently announced her own makeup collection called "Florence" which is supposed to be for teen skin and has launched in the US and also in the UK where I have already spotted it at the Boots in Nottingham.

Overall I feel like that this girl is really talented and I loved Stranger Things obviously but I do think that her PR team and probably even her parents are pushing her to do all these crazy deals and brand deals to just squeeze more money out of her which makes me question the society we live in today. I do think digitalisation and social media is amazing and has given people so many new opportunities and jobs but I feel like in the next few years it could turn into something scary and go more into a decadent route.
